Design the automation process, based on current process studies with all peers group..

C.

Apply MES in plant, utilizing and developing current system.

D.

Develop and utilize MES, connecting the best solution of ICT.

E.

Manage the budget to invest automation and MES and prioritize each project, meet company’s requirement on each phase.

F.

Design short and long term plan for Smart factory and lead the plan uted with pears.

G.

Co work with Internal Eaton and support or involve their projects                                                

H.

Align CI and EBA strategy and perform all projects, keeping company’s expectation.

·      Over 3 years’ experience in Factory automation in Industrial market.

·      Leadership skills - capability to lead change in an Integrated Team (IPT).

·      Fully understanding in process design and improvement

·      Good communication and presentation skills

·      Some experience in Project Management

·      Good knowledge of the Hydraulic industry
