| 담당업무 | PURPOSE OF POSITION/ROLE] -Management KOL(Key Opinion Leader) -Management IIT(Investigator Initiated Trials) -Implement medical, scientific and clinical strategies and supportiveness for customers -Training the internal staffs scientific knowledge [Summary of Job Descriptions] Manage KOL (Visit KOL, Conduct Group seminar/symposium, Support IISR program) Develop Medical Strategy Conduct Training (incl. Training material development) [Activities & responsibilities] - Manage and develop KOL through medical and scientific communication, advisory board meeting and preview of global speakers’ presentation slides - Approach each KOL with best strategy based on KOL mapping, KOL management and medical support - Build advocacy and gain contributions of KOL/decision makers - Liaise and provide up to date medical support to external groups - Manage and Coordinate the IITs by communicating with investigators to maximize the business impact of IIT - Support the investigators to comply with the IIT protocol process in accordance with the guidelines, providing knowledge and guidance for legal and financial local regulations - Contribute to the identification of appropriate clinical investigators and facilitates placement into company sponsored clinical trials - Support and deliver the value and integral insight to the customers through scientific support to meet the needs of the local medical community in support of national product strategies - Planning and Train the internal staffs to provide the product knowledge and new scientific information in timely schedule - Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to actively support medical and scientific meetings by collecting and interpreting insights/presentations/results - Collaborate with Medical teams and other cross-functional groups |
